MAXIMUM VERSATILITY

The DE100 series plants operate on all continents, solving a wide variety of tasks. The design of this drilling rig is maximally adapted for core drilling with diamond tools for exploration and mining in underground workings. These compact rigs are also used for drilling from the surface, for example to reinforce dams, or where the rig needs to be transported by helicopter. All models of this series are developed on the basis of a single concept, due to which many nodes are interchangeable. It is possible to supply drilling rigs in a special easy-to-assemble modular design for transportation by helicopter. Exploration drilling can be a daunting task, especially in remote areas or in sub-zero temperatures, so you need equipment that you can rely on and that is easy to maintain. That's why we only use components that have been rigorously tested. Our DE100 series drilling rigs are designed to be easy to maintain and keep downtime to a minimum.

DRILLING IN ANY DIRECTION

Thanks to the base frame with a tilt cylinder supporting and providing stability to the feeder, it is possible to drill wells in any direction, from vertical updrafts to vertical downdrafts. The design of the machine provides ease of installation for drilling a set of fan holes in underground workings thanks to a table that can be rotated. The mechanical feeder facilitates the positioning of the machine and ensures that the feeder is pulled out until it touches the bottom of the mine.

POWER WITHOUT COMPROMISE

All models of the DE100 series drill rigs are equipped with control panels that allow you to centrally manage all drilling operations. The simple design minimizes the size of major components while providing easy access for maintenance and pre-operational inspection.
