The DE151 is the most powerful underground “H” drill rig in the DE100 series.
Successfully combining a unique range of features with a compact size, it has the highest feed/retrieve force of any drill rig of similar weight and dimensions.
HIGH PERFORMANCE
DE151 is easy to operate and maintain. It features the highest torque and speed in its class, which can be continuously adjusted from zero to a maximum of 1100 rpm. The clamping of the rotator chuck occurs under the action of a spring, and the unclamping - by a hydraulic system.
ABSOLUTE POWER
The feeder is made of a strong and torsion-resistant steel profile, to which the feed cylinder is attached directly, eliminating the need for a chain drive. Its pulling force and feeding force reaches 15 tons. Removable strong mast SSK is equipped with support guides for the drill rod and a guide pulley for the cable. As an option, the SSK winch is available for drilling depths up to 2000 m. Equipped with tilt cylinders, a stable steel base frame and a swivel table provide a reliable base for the DE151 drilling rig.
SERVO CONTROL PANEL
The DE151 control panel allows you to centrally control all drilling operations, including the operation of the mud pump and SSK winch, as well as the tilt of the boom.
