COMPACT CORE DRILL RIG
The DE140 is the most popular drill rig in the DE100 series.
It is designed for customers who attach particular importance to operational safety.
Inheriting the compact, modular design of the DE130, this unit features increased feed and pull forces of up to 9.4 tons, and an innovative hydraulic cylinder direct drive feed system that improves safety by eliminating chains.
HIGH PERFORMANCE
The feed system provides an optimal combination of torque and rotational speed, increasing the rate of penetration and extending the life of the drill bit. Like the other DE100 series drill rigs, the DE140 is equipped with a load sensing hydraulic system that delivers directly proportional oil flow. This rig is ideal for deep hole core drilling where space is limited.
POWER
The company's engineers have increased the lifting capacity and increased the feed force of the DE140 drilling rig.
The steel chainless feeder, which uses a hydraulic cylinder, provides increased drilling rig power and high pull and feed forces in a fairly compact installation. The drilling rig is mounted on a base frame equipped with a hydraulic tilt cylinder and mechanical stops. The drilling rig is also equipped with a mechanical feeder, which makes it possible to extend the feeder until it touches the bottom of the mine.
ROTATION WITHOUT FAILURE
The DE140's "H" head rotator provides up to 940 Nm of torque.
The rotation speed is smoothly adjustable from zero to a maximum of 1100 rpm.
