The DE142 is designed for customers who need high performance in underground core drilling with diamond tools or high torque for other applications.
HIGH PERFORMANCE
The feed system provides an optimal combination of torque and rotational speed, increasing the rate of penetration and extending the life of the drill bit. Like the other DE100 series drill rigs, the DE142 is equipped with a load sensing hydraulic system that provides direct proportional oil flow.
This rig is ideal for deep hole core drilling where space is limited.
POWER
This setup retained the key components of the DE140 while increasing power to 90kW. This extra power is transferred directly to the spinner using an oversized hydraulic motor, allowing the DE142 to deliver up to 1250 Nm of torque. The DE142 also uses a steel chainless feeder with a direct connection of the spinner to the hydraulic feed cylinder.
ROTATION WITHOUT FAILURE
Mounted on the DE142, the 'H' bore head provides up to 1250 Nm of torque.
The rotation speed is smoothly adjustable from zero to a maximum of 1100 rpm.
